Gwen Stefani is set to receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in a ceremony scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 19. Her star will be numbered 2,764 on Hollywood Boulevard. Ana Martinez, the Producer of the Hollywood Walk of Fame, praised Stefani’s multifaceted talents and contributions, from her music career to her ventures in fashion and cosmetics. Martinez emphasized that Gwen Stefani is not just “a girl” but a mega talent that California can be proud of.
Stefani, known as a pop icon, began her career as the frontwoman for the ska band No Doubt before launching a successful solo career. She has also ventured into other businesses, including her own clothing and beauty lines. Additionally, she served as a coach on The Voice for several seasons, where she first met her husband, Blake Shelton.
Blake Shelton will be a guest speaker at the star unveiling ceremony, marking a special moment for the couple. Shelton himself received a star on the Walk of Fame in May, with his star numbered 2,755 on Hollywood Boulevard. Both of their stars will be relatively close to each other on the same stretch of concrete near the Amoeba Music building.
