Luke Combs and Wife Nicole Announce the Birth of Their Second Son, Beau Lee Combs, Born on August 15, 2023
Luke Combs and his wife, Nicole, joyfully announced on Thursday night that their second baby boy, Beau Lee Combs, arrived on August 15, 2023.
In their heartwarming announcement, the couple shared a video featuring a Polaroid capturing the tiny feet of their newborn, complete with a baby cap and pacifier. Their caption read, “Beau Lee Combs. Welcome to the world. We couldn’t love you more 🩵.”
Notably, Beau’s birth date surprised many as he wasn’t expected until September. His arrival coincided with a brief break in Combs’ Australian tour, occurring between his performances in Brisbane and Sydney.
The country couple had initially shared their baby news through an Instagram post in March, where they posted a series of photos featuring themselves holding their son, Tex, who was wearing a shirt that read “Big Brother.”
In the caption, Combs excitedly wrote, “Joining the 2 under 2 club! Baby boy #2 coming this September!!”
Before the birth, Nicole had mentioned on Instagram that if she went into labor early while her husband was in Australia, he wouldn’t make it back in time. She humorously mentioned, “It’s around 20 hours to get back from Aus if he got on a plane immediately lol. So no.” She also shared that her due date was after Combs would return from Australia, making her determined not to go into early labor. She recalled that with Tex, she had been doing everything to induce labor, and he arrived a day early.
Although it appears that Combs may not have made it home for the birth, he has a significant portion of September off to spend with his family. His next scheduled show is on September 30 in Oslo, Norway.
